This one day workshop is designed for HR/OD or Business Partner staff who will be required to advise, influence and persuade leaders, chief executives and senior managers in order to generate commitment and energy within the organisation through workforce/employee engagement and communications.
The principles and process of workforce and employee engagement and communications are well documented.
